Return and Refund Policy

Any user buying medicines with our site should read the Return & Refund Policy before making a purchase. Please do it so that you know how this policy works and what you can expect after filing for a return or refund. It would ease the return and refund process for both the user and the portal.

Order Confirmation

  • Once you add the required medications to the cart, you’ll be redirected to the order confirmation & payment page. Check the product specifications & verify your products in the cart before proceeding with payment.
  • You may make payment through the preferred payment gateway option as available on the portal.
  • Your order is only confirmed if your payment is successful. In other words, you can claim a return or refund if you have an order ID that is assigned after successful payment.
  • A bill will be generated that can be considered as an acknowledgment receipt of your order after payment is successful.
  • In case you have issues with order confirmation then contact our customer care.

Shipping & Dispatch Confirmation of your Order

  • Users can track their orders as they proceed with shipping. We usually send order tracking details to the registered Email ID with our portal.
  • Your order status will be updated every 24 to 48 hours unless it reaches you.
  • In case you have any queries or you aren’t able to track shipping updates then contact our customer care.

Estimated Delivery Duration

  • Generally, all orders are packed from our warehouse and collected by our logistics partner on a first come first serve basis.
  • It takes around 7 to 10 business days for our courier partners to deliver your package to your doorsteps.
  • Customers are informed if any unfortunate delay is faced during shipment. Please be patient and kindly cooperate as we’ll ensure that your package reaches you as it was supposed to.
  • If you don’t receive your order timely, please contact our customer care & share the details they request for. It’ll help them track your order status and share updates.

Return & Refunds

  • We only entertain return or refund requests if made within 7 days of receiving the package. No return or refund can be requested after that.
  • We shall arrange the reshipment or pickup of your package after verifying the products.
  • You can return your order if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product. We may ask for reason that makes you return the products.
  • Customers can return their order if they find the package tampered with. We ensure that you don’t face any such package issues though.
  • Once your return request is approved by our team, we shall process your refund within 10 to 15 days.
  • Your refund amount will be reversed to the source of payment.
